What You need to know about the accident at Lagos Otedola bridge

There has been a ghastly accident in
Lagos caused by a petrol tanker.
The petrol tanker went up in flames
close to the Otedola Jubilee Estate on
the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
“A petrol tanker was trying to
overtake another vehicle and the
petrol laden tank broke off from the
back of the vehicle,” a witness told
Mowe splash .
Many people are feared killed in the
accident with several vehicles burnt.
Law enforcement and fire service
officials are at the scene.
The Lagos State traffic agency,
LASTMA, said over 20 vehicles were
burnt in the accident.
“A tanker which had break failure
loaded with PMS caught fire on the
Otedola Bridge INW Berger. The
number of vehicles affected is 20+,
Traffic Situation is @ a stand still,
all alternative routes advised ATM”
the agency said on its Twitter
handle.
The casualty figures from the
accident are yet to be ascertained,
the Lagos State Emergency
Management Agency has said.
Tiamiyu Adesina, the agency’s
General Manager, confirmed to
Mowe splash  on Thursday night
that there were fatalities and some
victims are being taken to the
hospital.
The exact cause of the accident is yet
to be confirmed, he said.

A Lady was dropped after she was used for money ritual at mowe

At the early hours of Wednesday 27th of June 2018, a lady was dropped off from a Toyota Venza on a full speed at Mowe bus stop along Ibadan-Lagos express way, after few minutes after she was dropped, she was standing feeling uncomfortable, the look on her face make people at the bus stop move closer to her, which they started interrogating her, she made them realize some guys were the one the drop her off the car, and without doubt, she said they already make use of her for ritual, after few more minutes she started bleeding from her private part which the blood seems unstoppable,
   Aftermath, she was taken to a hospital, and unfortunately on earlier morning of Thursday she was finally declared dead.

Ladies don't follow guys around base on the flashy things they owned or carry around.

In a very sad turn of events, singer Dbanj and his wife Lineo Didi Kilgrow, today, lost their son, Daniel.

Daniel Oyebanjo III who turned one last May, is said to have died after drowning at Dbanj’s ikoyi residence this afternoon. His remains has been moved to a morgue at GRA, Ikeja.




We got the information around 6pm today but had to hold on to it till we get confirmation from the dad. He has just reacted to the news. Our thoughts are with him.

Argentina's media stuck the boot into Lionel Messi
and his teammates on Thursday, branding the team's
World Cup defeat to Croatia a "catastrophe" and a
"humiliation".
Argentina face the prospect of an embarrassing first-
round exit in Russia after suffering a 3-0 loss to the
Croatians in Nizhny Novgorod, which left them with
one point from two games.
For Argentina's press, the result was too much to
bear.
"Catastrophe against Croatia, Argentina disappoints
and is on the way out of the World Cup," the Clarin
newspaper wrote on its website.
"Argentina were ridiculed by Croatia and has
jeopardised its future in the competition," La Nacion
added.
Television commentator Diego Latorre, of the TV
Publica network, reflected on the lacklustre
